This repository contains data derived from a diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) study (Reid and colleagues, 2021). Data include: (1) parameters used to run "dwi-tracts"; (2) NIFTI-format region-of-interest images; (3) derived tract probability distributions and corresponding polylines; (4) derived participant-wise tract-specific anisotropy (TSA) measures; (5) results from GLM analyses; and (6) associated plots.
