Document Analysis Nvivo_How Stem sentences feature in textual discourse around the multiplicative conceptual field
Description
An Nvivo and spreadsheet analysis of how stem sentences feature in textual discourse around the multiplicative conceptual field in boundary objects related to primary mathematics classrooms in England. Using a code book derived from Sfard's theory of commognition, documents were analysed by first assigning codes instrumentally on Nvivo then sorting in to a spreadsheet so all the codes could be looked at at once.
