MARCO study in coeliac disease metadata and source data for all the paper figures

This database contains all the Excel files with the individual original metadata and source data for all the figures and tables of the paper of the MARCO study in coeliac disease. The data are all anonymised. The Excel files contain all the individual source values for metadata, MRI endpoints of bowel function, symptom questionnaires and gut microbiome data used for the figures in the paper and in the Extended Data figures.
