Health Promotion

The 'Health Promotion' module is one of the core modules taught on the Masters in Public Health which is offered by the Division of Epidemiology and Public Health at The University of Nottingham.
 
The learning outcomes for the module are: 
  1. Critically explore the concepts and theories of health promotion
  2. Critically analyse health promotion approaches in relation to their health, social and ethical contexts
  3. Demonstrate a critical understanding of the principles of research and evaluation in health promotion
  4. Devise a health promotion intervention and an appropriate evaluation
